Cantonment Board, Lucknow runs 4 primary, junior high school & One high school located in area of the Cantonment to cater to the educational requirements of the civil population of the cantonment. The education is imparted by charging a nominal fee.The poor and the lower strata of the population are mainly benefited from these schools who cannot afford sending their wards to expensive public schools. The Cantonment Board in last 4 years has made a sincere attempt to provide Computer education and good academic environment to these relatively deprived children by providing them almost similar facilities which are available to children going to the public schools.

- Efforts are on to upgrade 1 Higher Secondary School to Senior Secondary this year.
Computer education being imparted to students.
- Students are encouraged to take part in sports by giving them proper equipment and coaches. Students of our schools performed very well in the Central Command Sports Meet held in Bareilly in which 25 Cantonments participated. Our students won 9 gold medals, 4 silver medals and 4 bronze medals, standing an overall 3rd in the competition.
Girls students are being given training in Taekwondo to instill a sense of confidence in
them and impart stills of self defence to them.
Ra Bazar Madhyamik Vidhyalaya
The school was renovated recently and provided with all essential facilities like cook house where mid day meal is cooked hygienically, separate toilets for boys and girls and fully equipped computer lab. RA Bazar Madhyamik Vidhyalaya has more than 500 students from class nursery to class X.
Residential Girls School
He Cantonment Board Lucknow is running a Residential Girl's School in which economically backward girls from several Cantonments in Central Command are being provided accommodation, good nutrition and all items of day to day necessity free of cost. They are also being provided with free education from class VI to Class X.
The Cantonment Board Lucknow is running an English Medium School which has more than 400 students from class pre-nursery to class V.
Mangla Devi School
The school was recently renovated and provided with a computer lab. Mangla Devi School has more than 200 students from class nursery to class VIII.
